Lindsay is passionate about life and has a big heart for giving. She believes in doing things that make her smile. Lindsay has a great appreciation for nature and the outdoors and enjoys sharing this bond with her family. Housework comes second to relaxing in the hammock, strolling the trails, or just being silly at home. Lindsay's interest in health and wellness began in university where she worked part time as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Over time, life has guided Lindsay to nurture the connection between her body, mind and soul through running and yoga. Lindsay believes that finding balance in all the things that make up your life is key to being happy and living fully.
