"The treatments themselves do not 'cure' the condition, they simply restore the body's self-healing ability."
Manual therapy
Hands on techniques applied to muscles, joints, tendons, fascia and ligaments to decrease pain, increase range of motion, breakdown scar tissue and improve overall health of that structure. Examples include soft tissue/myofascial release and joint/spine mobilizations.

Restorative exercise Programs
Individualized programs are created over time by helping you learn the proper way to safely perform specific exercises that are a necessary part of your healing process.
Education
You will have an opportunity to learn so much about your body, how it functions and how to improve your health. Some topics include proper postures and positions, safe lifting and back care, ergonomic considerations, self mobilizing/taping, and prevention.
Atheletic taping
Athletic tape is applied to various parts of the body to aid the healing process by allowing injured structures to rest, to give subtle postural cues to muscles and reduce extra strain on a prior injury.
Pain Relief
Other options may be offered during your treatment to help your symptoms such as TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation), heat bags and ice packs.
